The Crystal Fairy — Local services in West Jordan

Today my daughter and her cousin went to your Crystal store to buy a few little things, which they did … then they continued to look at other stuff, they are 11 years old. The worker was according to them extremely rude and condescending to them and said “look I don’t have time to babysit you two and don’t even think about shoplifting from here!!!!” What an absolute jerk to two little girls who were so excited to visit and shop there! It’s 2023 and this employee is being judgmental and a complete bully to 11 year old girls ! Even tho they gave no reason for him to be suspicious and did indeed buy some stuff- which I wish they didn’t! People want to keep mom and pop stores alive but Amazon sure won’t discriminate against its customers like this guy clearly did !!!! Beyond disappointed...

One of my friends recommended this place so went to check it out. I purchased a few things along with my daughters. However, I later found that a lot of the items in there are overpriced items found on Amazon. They do have some cute handmade wands but overall I was disappointed with our experience. The cashier was not very friendly or inviting which really affected the atmosphere of the store. There are way too many amazing crystal shops in the valley with cheerful owners that truly take the time to treat paying customers with respect and kindness. Will not be...

I was visiting during Witchfest. My husband was wandering the shop and picked up an Abundance/Prosperity jar and asked what it was. I explained and he put it back on the shelf. Since he was drawn to it, I decided to purchase it. On the way home through Las Vegas to CA, we stopped at State line - Primm Valley. I never win anything there. I stopped at a dollar machine.
