What a fantastic experience! We live local theater, both bad and good. We didn't know what to expect with the location, and the Sugar Factory Playhouse, but it was AMAZING

Not a lot of excess amount of parking although you can walk from the tracks station next door. A friend rented this hall for her birthday party, and it was perfect! Complete with kitchen and a stage, and enough room for tables...

Cute little venue in a historic building south of Gardeners Village. Visited for a friends event and it was very nice. The lighting was great. The building stands alone on the property so there is no worry of disturbing others around. The restrooms are accessible. I would host an...
