The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the amazing aroma of fresh coffee. It has been some time since I walked into a coffee shop and it provided that initial amazing scent of perfectly brewed coffee. I knew I was at the right place.

I went here around 5pm for the first time and the baristas were personable and happy to provide recommendations on which Latte was best. They were honest about which ones they personally didn’t prefer and I appreciated that.

The latter I ordered was made to perfection and had hints of dark chocolate and peppermint. It was a really nice blend and was the perfect temperature to be able to sip within a reasonable time of being made.

My friend ordered an Iced Coffee and it stood out to me that they use frozen coffee to cool the coffee…no dilution! I’ve heard of people doing this in their own homes and have done this myself but have never seen a coffee shop adopt this technique.

We also ordered a couple of donuts. They were warm cake donuts and hit the spot for an afternoon snack.

The shop was quiet and spacey. My friend and I were able to enjoy a good conversation and feel relaxed in the space. Big windows made for a lot of light and a...

Scammed out of a gift card?

Never been in this situation before, but someone bought me gift card for this coffee shop, which I had never heard of.

I went in, and wasn't able to redeem the gift card with the information that was sent to me. The staff said to call corporate for help with the gift card. Things recently changed in the app and they can't help. No problem.

I called corporate, no answer, no callback. I chatted online during business hours but the bot said no agents were available. I emailed twice, went into the store again but they weren't able to help.

I commented several times on an Instagram post. A few days later, the store commented back with a date they said to have emailed me. Check my spam folder, etc., no email.

It's been over a month of trying to use this gift card. It's clear now I won't be able to. The staff at the location I went into was very kind but this is a very strange situation and I urge corporate to figure out how to...

The baristas are extremely friendly and the woman today that helped me was no exception. I bought some Kona beans as well as some tea and a cold brew to go. There are a lot of coffee shops in Utah that do well with beans, but I don't always feel like I'm getting Kona coffee there. Here, I'm pretty confident!

What prompted the review today, though, is simply the coffee. I didn't take my first sip until I left the store and as the cold brew flowed across my mouth it opened up such flavors that I had to tell someone. I felt it would weird to rush back in the store and gush about it, so I'm doing it here instead. This cup of coffee is the perfect balance of everything I enjoy in a coffee. The roast is enough that it's toasty but not bitter. The acids aren't too strong but it's not fruity. Whatever is going on with it, it's...

I ordered two baked items - a cinnamon scone and a chocolate muffin - and two coffees. I mentioned to the barista that we’d be dining in, but the scone was served on a paper plate with plastic utensils, and the coffee came in paper cups. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing; both items were dry and tasted as if they had been sitting out for weeks. For dine-in guests, I would love to see proper plates and cups used for a better experience. However, if you’re just stopping by for a to-go coffee, this might be the right spot.

The first thing you notice walking into the shop is the Hawaiian theme and extremely friendly baristas! I was greeted with “aloha” and then given a large sample of a blended mocha to see what style I wanted. They can make any coffee “blended”, which is basically a slushee consistency. I got the Lava Java Mocha with dark chocolate and hazelnut, which was so delicious. I also got a breakfast burrito, which could’ve been a bit bigger with more eggs, but had really good sausage and melted cheese. Definitely worth a try!

The ladies were so delightful, so welcoming, and informational! They offered me a free sample to try since it was my first time and I felt so appreciated as a customer. Not the mention it was SO DELICIOUS! Highly recommend! Their summer special drink, s’mores kick is amazing. I’m not someone to get coffees like this but this was definitely worth a try, not overly sweet like a frap. It was perfect. I also love their idea of frozen coffee cubes so the drinks don’t water down.
