WAY too expensive merchandise!! Sad too, because I am a Purdue grad and was up here with my 14 year old grandson who is thinking about (actually wanting to) come to Purdue and he wanted to get a Purdue hoodie sweatshirt but the cheapest one was still over SIXTY dollars ... and I just couldn't afford that since I am retired and on a fixed income ...😔.. I understand that businesses have to make a profit and that's fine ... but they don't need to make OBSCENE profits like I think these bookstores do. If they charged less I bet they would sell more stuff and still make a very good profit. Why the money...

Mark the manager and Lucie the sales clerk definitely need a lesson in customer service! Absolute terrible experience trying to get textbooks before classes start, and after assurances they’d be here before classes start, here I am with no textbooks, with estimated shipping dates to arrive after classes. They’re absolutely no help, and I’m beyond frustrated.

Fantastic place as always. Place where I can get all my Purdue gear such as t-shirts hoodies tank tops and much much more. Can also get my school supplies. Such as binders papers pens pencils and other things too like calculators pro tractors art supplies and that pain in the butt I Clicker. They do a great job with books for school. Was able to sell back all my books from the end of the year and they price matched as well. I always enjoy my time...
