Bad experience here. Tyler set us up a year ago with a family plan and 5 $200 rebates because of trade-ins and plan switches. In the next 3 months, I only received 2 rebates, and after a year of calling Verizon customer service every 2 months and being told 5 times that the other 3 rebates are coming if I wait another 6-8 weeks, I was finally told today that I was never eligible for the other 3 because I didn't have the right kind of service. I tried calling the store and the 844-822-7625 number and no one answered the phone nor returned my call. So, if they offer a bunch of $200 rebates I would expect to not get them if youâre considering switching to Verizon.
Update: I left a 1 out of 5 star review for the Verizon rep I talked to yesterday on the phone so I got called the next day by his supervisor and they gave me a $600 credit on my account. The rebates were actually never valid so be careful - I was promised 5 at the Verizon store but I really only qualified for 2. It took a whole year and 5 calls and 5 promises that all 5 rebates were coming until I was finally told this week that only 2 were valid. I'm leaving it at 2 stars because I did finally get all $1000 in rebates but I probably spent 15 hours over the last 11 months calling, on hold, being told to wait another 6-8 weeks, etc. and I'll never get those...

I had the worst experience I've ever had getting a new phone. I am not sure how there are so many positive reviews about Eric, whose name is actually Michael Pierson just so you know.
The most shocking thing Eric did was leave a Google review under MY NAME WITHOUT MY CONSENT. He didn't tell me about it. I happened to see it when I got home with my new phone. It said "Eric was awesome!!! Thank you for everything!"
Other ways Eric deceived me include: Sign me up for a "$30 redux membership" without telling me what it was nor asking me if i wanted it Lie about a promotion on the screen protector I got to convince me to buy it Put Verizon protect on two devices that charged me over $20+ extra monthly when he said the bill would only go up $10/month Fail to give me a receipt Fail to inform me of a $30 setup assistance fee Fail to tell me that returning a tablet costs $75 (he told me I could take it back, no harm done)
I got most of these issues resolved by contacting Verizon and TCC by phone and in person OVER 15 TIMES. I feel so cheated, deceived, and disappointed, that I'll never go back into that store again. Unless you love wasting money and being tricked I recommend you don't either. All I wanted was to pay for a new phone but I paid for so much more.

Read moreI am a caregiver of a very nice elderly lady. She decided she wants to explore her options for a new phone. Upon entering the store my client needed to use the restroom. (Again, she's elderly). My client cannot get around my herself so I have to help her steady. Jorge explained to her that the Verizon bathroom is not for public use. As I understand that's the case about the restroom, when did basic humans decency stop?! My client explained to him that she cannot make it to the Starbucks restroom in time. Jorge then raised his voice and hands at my client on the verge of a yell saying my client was threatening her. My client was very calm and collected given how much pain she was in. Although Jorge eventually let her use the restroom he still proceeded to be very rude. After using the bathroom my client said thank you to Jorge as he still for some reason thought it was not ok for my elderly client to use the restroom. This need...
