7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in West Lafayette

I am officially done being a customer of seven brew. I’ve tried multiple times to give them chance after chance after chance, but the attendants and sometimes the managers get really nasty attitudes when you ask for something specific, and they tell you what the additional prices are or if they can or can’t do that, and I’m willing to listen, but you don’t have to give me a crappy attitude. It’s the same problem every single time I go to get drinks for other people or myself, and I honestly feel worse about it when it comes from the managers because there’s no reason for you to give me a nasty attitude. Also, if the attendants were a little more knowledgeable on the products and what they offer, and also good customer service, they would be able to relay information to the customer without the manager even having to get involved, and the customer would walk away satisfied. I promoted them over the years since they’ve been open, and I’ve really tried to give them grace, but it’s just too much. For a company that’s built, or has Christian foundations, they don’t behave very Christian. It speaks poorly on them as a company, and on behalf of all Christians please stop behaving this way. workers often times take upwards of 5+ minutes to talk to their friends in other cars (even in other lanes) and stall taking your order.

i get the same thing here a couple times a week, my drink costs about $7. the price is fine, whats not fine is how recwntly its been a 30/70 chance theyll make it correctly. when you pay $7 for a drink you order 2-3 times a week and its only made correctly one of those 3 times, you get a little pissy. i usually tip $1-2 to the staff just because working in food service sucks, but the craftsmanship here has gone down significantly

i get my drink extra sweet, sometimes its no problem, today it just tastes like milk.

EDIT: down to one star as the problem has gotten worse. someone needs to retrain the evening staff on how to make drinks because this is ridiculous. same $8 drink order as always and it tastes just like milk. ive wasted i dont know how much money getting poorly made drinks here. if i wanted a gallon of milk, id buy it...

Usually such a good place and I go all the time, but today one of the employees forgot one of my drinks was a large, he accidentally made two mediums. Which is totally fine. however, when he went to go “remake” it i could hear that all he did was dump the medium into a large cup and get more ice :( disappointed bc the point of a large is to get more product. I think if he did add more product it was only extra 7 energy but not of the flavor itself so it was very diluted and defeated the purpose of getting the special flavors. I ordered the same drink for both, brewberry. here’s a picture for reference, it’s kinda obvious lol, the medium is what it alway looks like no matter the size i get. i was kinda in shock so i didn’t say anything and he was quick to just kinda run away so its fine, but maybe something to work...
