The UPS Store — Local services in West Long Branch

I can’t say enough great things about the team at this UPS Store. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with friendly, professional service that consistently goes above and beyond. I am here often as I am aways shipping boxes :)

The staff is always efficient, knowledgeable, and patient—especially when things get busy.

What really stands out is how they treat every customer with respect and genuine care. They take the time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure everything is done right. It's clear they take pride in their work and understand how important great service is to people who rely on them for personal and business needs.

T and Nas are always there when I go in and always offer excellent service!

Today, T helped me as I had a lot of boxes I needed to ship. She was kind and patient with me as I got everything into the store and verified a few addresses.

The line got long and the store got busy, however T and Nas were very professional and supportive to everyone in line throughout my time there. They greeted everyone and helped the line move quickly with instructing customers to move up and place items on the scale.

I almost never write bad reviews, but when I do it means that this establishment deserves it. What happened today at this ups store was totally unacceptable. Arrived at the store at around 10am, took my return package out of my car and walk into the store to ship my package out. Strange thing, front door is open and back door is wide open and nobody is in sight. After waiting 10 mins few other customers arrive… I explained to them that I’ve been here for 10 mins and there isn’t a person around, one of the other customers suggested I go to the back door and check suggesting possibly that the store clerk had fallen considering the door is wide open and zero employees in the store. Nobody was in the back but as I was walking form back to the front, a very large gentlemen with a mikes sub and an extra sized soft drink started pushing through the crowd of customers waiting on line and yelling at me.

Needless to say this employee was rude...

This is not only the worst UPS store I’ve ever been to, I’d go as far as saying it is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at ANY store I’ve ever been to. I’ve had the displeasure of patronizing this location a handful of times and every single time it’s the same thing… extremely rude unprofessional “employees” that act like they aren’t even at work. Ignoring customers while texting, no greeting of customers (unless of course you are a pretty girl, and they want to flirt with you), extremely high and rude, blank stares, dirty looks and unfriendly interaction when they DO speak, and they always stink like weed… it’s like they are hiring the employees here directly from the NJ department of corrections. ...
