CVS Pharmacy — Local services in West New York

Today my mom had an emergency and she had to go the urgent care with asthma. They prescribed her medications along with a machine for her to use at home for her breathing. We arrived at 7:20pm at the pharmacy located at 4700 Bergenlive Ave, Union City, New Jersey, 07087 and we waited in line and then the pharmacist said she only had the pills on the system and we had to see the next person to help us with the test of the prescriptions. We did and the lady helped us, she was really professional and helpful explaining what was happening and how she was going to find the rest of the prescription and the breathing machine. We waited as she asked us and the guy who was working sorting the medications called us and said he only had the machine ready for us, the rest of the medications he didn’t have since they were closing in 4 mins and we had to come back tomorrow for it. My Mom said she needed it for tonight, of course we don’t want her to have another episode in the middle Of the night and this is health related! It is important. He said to us that we could go to the other pharmacy located at 53rd and bergenline ave since they were closing later.
