The decline and downfall of the empire Remember I still loved the place back then I saw this restaurant start up from just a tiny space Then bloomed into a really great place Portions were nice and large, Ají just right, paired with salad and fries, a slice of cold-cake tier Though some may disagree whether it was just right for the children I know as a child I loved the heat, but in the beginning it did seem inconsistent at times One time; still as a kid, it was overwhelming hot, still finished, and I liked it My stomach did not Staff at one point was pretty good At its peak it truly was something, dare I say the best in the area? This has got to be the worst Peruvian restaurant I've ever eaten from. The service is horrendous, both from the staff and from the owners. The Pollo a la Brasa is flavorless, tiny and burnt. They are stingy with their sauces as well. Its very disgraceful as I am Peruvian and live down the block. I try to give it a try every couple of years and nothing changes. I rather walk or travel to further restaurants than give my money to this establishment again. So shameful for us Peruvians who take pride...
