Lucky Convenience, Lottery & Smoke — Local services in West Norriton Township

I would never buy a Vape from this store again. I legit drove 30 mins to this store because my usual smoke shop Red Lion on Markley st ran out of the flavor I always get and wasn’t restocking until Monday. Mind you the Flair Vape is only $10 at Red Lion while this smoke shop on the other hand sells it for $14 which is quite insane and literally the highest price ive seen and ive been buying these for years now. To be honest I wouldn’t have even minded it until I used the vape and could taste that it was a Fake knock off version of the real Flair brand. These stores buy wholesale from vendors overseas which carey fake products for cheaper prices. With this being the case there is no way they should be charging 25% more for a FAKE PRODUCT. The vape legit was burnt out and tasted like burnt metal not even 5 minutes into me using it. When I brought it back I was told there is nothing they can do and to buy another one. Mind you this isn’t the first time I had to come here due to my usual smoke shop running out and every time its been the same exact result. Which is why this time around I took it back and asked for a refund or an even exchange. This was not honored and I even got told that I don’t know what im talking about. Worst experience ive ever had in a smoke shop. I will not be shopping here anymore and you shouldn’t either. To be treated like I was less than all because I asked for them to take their fake product back is insane. Also if you want to know if the vape is fake or not you can scan the back of the flair box but that doesn’t always authenticate it, you have to open the box and look at the bottom of the vape and peel the plastic off and depending on the color at the bottom will tell you if its real or fake. Used to be my family's go to local convenience store for all things needed in a pinch, recently the staff during my most recent visit refused to accommodate, apologize, or anything customer service related for me in regards to a defective product they sold, and didn't seem to care that I was a local, loyal, long standing client and advocate of theirs. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized the store was. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and more than happy to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.
