The first time I tried sushi from this place I was so please that I ordered a second time, but the second time was a total disaster that will most likely never make me order here again. I place an order for 2 specialty sushi rolls for two separate people they packaged it in the same container so one person was without food because it went to two different departments. They don’t deliver so the second order can’t be picked up until the employee clocks out of work which is ridiculous! Now the part that scares me is the lack of communication and description of the food. Any person in their right mind who owns a business or food service knows to list details about the product so that people know what they’re eating and buying. I order 2 EGG ROLLS, not shrimp, not chicken no nothing EGG ROLLS! These people sent me PORK ROLLS THAT I BIT INTO I AM A MUSLIM AND A I DO NOT EAT MEAT! When I called to tell them they stated that the egg rolls come with pork so I said to them that’s something that needs to be the description because what if that was dealt allergy for me or anyone else? Not everyone eats pork. The was they did not care and showed to concern, gave no accommodations made this please not even worth it. I’m so disappointed, I’ve had better service at...
Read morePhenomenal spot for creative sushi rolls! We order sushi every Sunday for a family dinner and Masa is one of the more innovative restaurants we’ve come across thus far. You can taste the individual ingredients, including fresh fruit, fresh seafood, and delicious sauces, but they combine for an amazing array of flavors. My personal favorite was the Hachikaze Roll, but there wasn’t a piece of any of our spread left. Even their ginger salad dressing was a solid accent to the meal.
Note, we ordered in advance and our order was ready just after scheduled. Staff were friendly and working hard to prepare. We will definitely be back soon and highly recommend for sushi lovers seeking...
Read moreTerrible and didn’t even eat. No cars in the lot: first sign. Went in at 7:45 on a Thursday in the 90 degree heat and no air conditioning-unfriendly waitress says there’s nothing that can be done. We were sweating. The sushi chef looked miserable and didn't smile or say hello, but I don’t blame him: it was a sauna in there. Asked for a wine chiller and 2 glasses and the unfriendly waitress brings two water glasses with ice cubes. We left. Sorry, not our style. Any restaurant that has tables for dine in always has wine glasses, but this place lacks atmosphere as well: bingo-hall style tables and chairs. Can’t believe the good reviews! Maybe...
