Kosmos Pizza — Restaurant in West Norriton Township

Where do I start, the order was made online through door dash and I request sandwich with no blue cheese. Under the impression that if I can opt out of an ingredient it wouldn't not be included on my sandwich . My order was for a Buffalo Chicken cheese steak. My order comes to my work place . I review my receipt to confirm it says no blue cheese and it was order correctly. I am currently pregnant and unable to consume blue cheese. So about 2 bites into the sandwich , I saw a dark color on my chicken and assumed it was apart of the chicken, come to find out it was blue cheese and there was much more to follow. I didn't even get to eat half of a half of the sandwich. I did contact door dash who was kind enough to provide me a credit. But I wanted to speak with Kosmos directly.. which was the largest part of of my disappointment. The woman who answered was unapologetic. As I explained to her the issue with my meal and she didn't apologize once. She stated that the buffalo sauce is mixed with blue cheese . But after speaking with my coworker who ordered from there today as well got buffalo fries which did not have blue cheese so, it's clear the location carries plain buffalo sauce. The woman on the phone never offered me another meal or even so much as an apology for the mistake she told me , "well If your not allergic to it?". I will never ever order there again. I'm thinking the best way to eat Kosmos’ special cheesesteak is at Bald Birds Brewing. I am usually of the mindset to just go pick up your Cheesesteak and drive it yourself to the Brewing Company. Kosmos had my Cheesesteak at Bald Brewing 10 minutes. I had been at Bald Birds Brewing for a couple minutes, hour or longer and when I opened up the wrapper and saw my cheesesteak for the first time I fell in love with the roll. The roll had horizontal flowing stripes to accentuate her curves. This was a tasty cheese steak. I keep saying it was Fluffy in the video. I had been at Bald birds for a minute but it was fluffy. Like a fluffy omelette. Unfortunately the roll did fall apart. I have to agree with the people on Google Maps, the meet was a little stringy and not much of it. Kosmos got a lot of Bald Bird...

I've only ever had them through Uber Eats, but overall I'd say they're okay. The food wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was decent.

Pros:

Their menu is COMPREHENSIVE. They have a wide variety of food. I thought they were more of a pizza place by the name...but legit they're like a combination of a diner and a pizza place.

They allow for a lot of customization (for the cheesesteaks at least) and give you a lot of options for the cheese.

They're fast.

Cons:

I ordered ketchup on my cheesesteak. The outside of the roll...you know, where you put your hand, was just covered in it...but if you opened up the sandwich there was none. ...???

$5.10 for a 2L soda.
