We love the food from this place in the Strip-Mall. I think it's owned by the same person who owns all the other stores. I asked for cooking the Chicken softer since I'm without Teeth. They cooked everything exactly the way I asked. The Lady is very friendly and outgoing. We had a chance to quickly discuss Chinese New Year and year of the Rabbit. Even though everyone is behind Plexi-glass, because of COVID and all other contagious things, it appears they are doing their part in social distancing and keeping clean. She even read a man's phone and his Order thru the glass, because he is mute and deaf. He read her Lips when she spoke. All went well. Food and drink always great. They make the best Sweet Tea like in the South and in a big plastic container. Free item if you order over a certain $ amount (which you need to tell them when you place the order) of food. I also want to say something regarding the other Review someone posted about "seeing Roaches". I find that to be untrue as I've never seen any Bugs and she's possibly trying to keep Customers from going there. She wouldn't have taken the food if that were the case. Nobody would. Every place in the Strip-Mall is clean and I see Employees taking precautions to protect others and themselves. I see the owner keeping a close Eye from store to store even with Security Cameras and Recording Monitors everywhere which is great for many reasons.😉 The machine to make a Debit Card or Credit card payment is right in front of the Window. There is Sanitizer on the table to use before and after touching anything there. Cash is handled thru an opening in the window. There is a small Speaker to speak through. Plants and decorations are beautiful. I know this is a lengthy Review, but it's a great place with delicious Food. 👍🏾 They Do Delivery and the Cost for that is not the Delivery persons Tip. Never ordering from these disrespectful, rude, unprofessional people/business again!!! I have been ordering from them for years and always tip generously on every order. Lately they just don't care and apparently will give your food to anyone without clarifying or calling to say it's being delivered. They also expect you to keep it after said random person digs through the bag and leaves it on the steps!! The nail in today's coffin is again having to pickup my DELIVERY order after nearly an hour beyond the given time came and went, being rudely hung up on when I called prior to coming in person, and was even denied the ability to add a drink on despite her saying my order hasn't left because they were so busy.. Too busy to get more money by adding a drink to my already late order? I get there and it's just a group of people doing NOTHING!! I also was told they can't refund my money and to call a hotline that doesn't exist. I filed a dispute with my bank and will be reporting this business to the BBB for denying me a refund. I have eaten the food and it's very good. The husband is very nice. I usually walk in. I ordered for delivery this time. One thing I'm my order was vegetable Chow Mein. (Chinese vegetables) She asked if I wanted the noodles. I said "NO, noodles are Lo Mein, I want Chow Mein. Low and behold when I opened my bag I had Lo Mein. The day before I walked in for fried rice. I initially said no to soy sauce but changed my mind 2 seconds later. Got home. No soy sauce. I understand that it gets busy but what I value most in customer service is the art of listening. I WILL continue to eat there but I quess I'll have to reiterate my request to make sure I'm getting what I want....
