My first time at the drive through ! The girl was irritated that I wanted her to enter a coupon and said it only works if you pay cash and have no insurance! I have insurance but it doesn’t cover my rx ‘s I told her to please run it through and see what happens! She took a picture of the coupon ! And told me I would have to loop around again because it would take awhile! I did and suddenly there were 4 cars in front of me ! They were not asked to loop around after 15 minutes I had to leave or I would be late for another appointment! The next day a really nice lady gave me no problem and my coupon was used! You have a few employees that are so unpleasant I just walk out when I know I will have to deal with them! And you have two really really nice girls and I am always in such a good mood when I get them because I know I will leave happy because they cheerfully do their job! Placed online refill via the app on a Monday. On Thursday only the scripts that had been sent over from the doctor’s office the previous week had been filled. I was told items were not kept in stock and that I “needed to love the order a couple of days early”. Last time I checked Monday to Thursday was more than a couple of days.
