CVS — Local services in West Nottingham Township

This pharmacy is terrible ! There are some really nice girls behind the counter. But the majority of them are snotty like to embarrass you and play games with pretending they didn’t know you were using your good rx card and when you tell them for the 10th time they play dumb and then have to go in the back and put a new price on it! Hey love saying things out loud when there is a line of customers saying your insurance terminated you ! And then I say no my insurance didn’t terminate me I am now on Medicare ! Which they already know ! I asked one day for some info on a new medication To see if it counter acted with my other Rxs! She says I don’t need to look if there was something it would flag it at the register! I said what do you mean? She said what do you mean what do I mean???? WTH was that all about I asked her over the phone could she check for me to double check she said no! It is automatic ! I said so your saying you won’t check for me she said I don’t have to because if it did the computer would tell you at checkout! They spend so much time being ugly ! It would be do easy just to smile do your job and not fight everything that the customer asks ! A lot of it is just plain laziness and the other part Is mean spirited ! God forbid you should have compassion for another human being! You should have cameras on them that record their voices so you can see and hear how awful they talk to the customers! It is only the pharmacy that is mean all the others are so nice and polite and helpful! If they fired all the mean ones you would be so short Staffed it would be a crisis ! They must All know that because they really act as if it is a contest to see who can be the rudest!! ! I hope corporate will read this ! And seri am only one customer but I consistently sent a lot of money at this store ! Now I will go to Walmart even though it’s further to drive I can’t handle the mean girls attitude it’s actually Sad they are all so...

Do not use their pharmacy. I've never seen any pharmacy so disinterested in seeing customers get orders filled. Been close to 3 weeks and they keep stringing me along - still don't have the drug. Automated system gives wrong information.

I switched to CVS because the pharmacy led me to believe they could fill my medication. Nightmare!

They don't know what they have in stock and string you along for weeks. Tried sending Rx over once and waited a few days, but they never called/texted. I call. I'm told they're out of stock, and they will not tell me what other doses of my medication they do have. How do I ask my doctor to adjust the dose if I have no idea what they might be able to fill?

I explain the problem directly to my Dr, and he sends over a slightly smaller dose to hold me over. That was Wed. I call Friday morning and I was told "being filled. Ready by 5pm today". I come in Monday first thing -- guess what? Nope.

At first the clerk swears they have no prescription. I insist, so she keeps looking." Oh wait we do but we didn't fill it". Why? "Umm.... looks like we don't have any in stock. But a truck is coming tonight. Try back then". Why was I told it was being filled on Friday? "Ummm.... I don't know. ".

I'm told there's no way to track what might be on the next truck.

They refuse to say what dosages they do have, so I don't know what to ask my Dr to phone in. My doctor has already talked to them about this, so clearly he's not given accurate information.

The pharmacist is standing feet away. He can't be bothered to come over and look into why I keep getting promised a medication that, in various dosage sizes, is on backorder...

This is truly the worst pharmacy in the country. Nothing but excuses for everything and no communication between any of the employees. One person will tell you your medicine is out of stock and then another will tell you they have no idea why you were told that. You’ll get a notification that your prescription is ready but once you get there, they have no idea why you got that notification because they haven’t even looked at your prescription yet. One time, I came to get a prescription the day after I got a notification it was done, and they told me they didn’t have it in stock & that a truck was coming that night. Went back the next day and they said the prescription had been ready for days. One lady there with short dark hair & glasses is one of the rudest people you will ever come across, & treats every customer like they are stupid & beneath her when really she is constantly getting names, date’s & prescriptions wrong. Go to any other pharmacy. You’ll waste too much of your life at this one trying to get the most...
