A group of us decided to stop by for breakfast late on a Sunday morning. In short, if you have a desire for good food at a good price, I recommend this place!

Being a Sunday, the place was busy. When we arrived, we were asking for a table for four people. The extremely friendly hostess quoted us about 15 to 20 minutes. The actual wait was a little over 30 minutes. But again, this is prime breakfast time. And, to the restaurant's credit, four spots opened up at their counter, but we decided to wait for a table.

The place is nice and clean. The menu they have posted on their website is the same menu provided in the restaurant. Our server, Marisol, was courteous and friendly. She was attentive and always willing to get us what we needed. High marks for service. Also, they had some alcoholic beverages if you like mimosas and such. I also liked their beer options that were posted on the board -- a couple of nice IPAs along with the standard Bud and Miller. (It was too early for me to get one, but I like the fact they have them available.)

The food itself was delicious. The cooks really know what they're doing, and the presentation was great! The food did not look like it was hastily cooked and thrown on the plate. The kitchen took the time to get it right, but they didn't take forever, either. Our order was fulfilled promptly. Everything looked fantastic and tasted the same. Price-wise, I was shocked because I would have expected to pay a little more, especially for that quality and portion size. There were four of us, and the bill came out to under $45.00 for some Eggs Benedict, a couple of nicely-sized omelettes with sides, and a stack of pancakes. To add to this, their homefries are tasty!

My only complaint about my time there was that two of my guests had special requests. One wanted to leave the Canadian bacon on the side for the Eggs Benedict, but the dish was prepared in the standard way instead. The other wanted banana peppers in her omelette, but she got regular green peppers instead. But it was a Sunday rush, and I understand how it can happen.

Overall, a great place to go! I...

Me and the family have been coming here for about five years. We try to make it at least once a month and always have a great meal and great time. Today for my wife's birthday, she said I wanted to go there, so off we went. Things went great until I got my angus burger. I asked for it, bread and meat, and it came with cheese. Not a big deal things happen, and they gave me my fries to eat while I waited for the new burger. Here's where it got weird because all of a sudden. Everybody that worked there seemed to come out and stare at us? We brushed it off like we were being paranoid. Then came the Burger and I didn't have any fries so I had to eat the hamburger, with no fries. It's just strange that we ordered 3 meals. I even got a drink, so it's not like we did not spend any money? The meal was 79 plus another 10 for the tip and out the door 90 plus. It's was just a strange experience. The stares like to see if I was mad that I had to wait while my family ate? No extra fires on an 80 dollar meal? Ok, that is what it is. We even ordered desert to go only cause we were not feeling like staying anymore. My wife later looked at the receipt and noticed 2 things, first that she put a cheese burger on my receipt? And that they charge a small fee when using a credit card. We will be back. The food is good, and next time, we will just be very clear on our order and...

Had dinner there 11/9/22. Dining alone arrived at 4:52 pm Had Clam chowder (great) Stuffed pork chop Okay ,not great I. After I had ordered the server wrote dinner specials on menu board. Dinner special Meat Loaf, Dessert special Boston Cream Pie. Keep in mind this was just posted. Finished dinner & requested Boston Cream Pie to go. Emily was server. She brought pie & check. It was quite obvious that the lid had squished the pie, I lifted lid & all frosting is stuck to top of the lid. If the pie had been laid on its side this would not have happened. I told server I would like a new piece & she RUDELY informed me that that was the last piece. It's now 5:52. This was a SPECIAL, just written on the menu board. She told me that the restaurant had started the night with a total of 3 pieces!!!!. How can this be a special. She grabbed my check & said she would take it off my check, again very rudely. I'm retired now but was a restaurant server for 60 years, and if I had EVER talked to a guest like she talked to me I would not have been employed by the close of day. Very unprofessional. Though I have dined there before but this was the first time for dinner, I will continue to dine with you, but will take a pass with...

It has been a few years since the last time I ate here. Not because I didn't have a great experience, rather it is a great distance from my home and regular rout of travel. My experience today lived up to what I can remember from my last visit. My wife had their awesome mushroom soup! I had the French Dip. It looked so good that I forgot to take a picture. Lol. It wasn't very busy when we stopped. However, it was around 2pm on a Thursday. Not many places are busy at that time. The dining room was very neat, clean, and it had plenty of natural sunlight. The men's room was also very clean and well lit. Our waitress was very nice and we enjoyed a lite conversation with her since she wasn't busy. I would recommend this little restaurant. There were many good items on the lunch menue to choose from. I am sure that you'd find something that you like!

The service here is both friendly and top-notch. You’ll also receive generous samples of the ice cream if you ask. Nottingham’s sources their ice cream from a local creamery. I ordered the peanut butter ice cream, which I’d definitely recommend trying. Unfortunately, the ice cream contains corn syrup which made it most melty. The ice cream dribbled everywhere before I was able to finish eating it (in less than 5 minutes). Considering that you can get a generously scooped waffle cone for less than $5, this place provides a great value. Just be prepared for extra-dribbly corn syrup ice cream (hence only 4 stars).
