Detail: I found Joe a few months ago when I was searching for an attorney to help with the home buying process. I needed someone who took Hyatt Legal plans but everyone was me warning against using the legal plan (which I pay for!!); because according to them "lawyers don't prioritize those cases." When I found Joe through a web search, he and his staff personally assured me that was not the case. He even flat out turned down my offer to compensate him above the Hyatt fee, joking that "I am not one of those lawyers..." He was great throughout the process and I feel fortunate to have found him. He was the only person on the deal who I felt I could trust to have my best interest in mind. The other people on the deal will want to close as fast as possible (because that's when they get paid); nothing wrong with that but it's a fact. Joe made sure the process slowed down and I always got comfortable before we moved to the next step. Mr. Brennan represented us as the real estate attorney for us regarding the recent sale of our home. The transaction was a bit tricky as we were buying a home out of state and selling our home in NJ at the same time. Due to some clerical errors made on the buyers side of things, the closing of our transaction was delayed and impacted the purchase of our new home. To say the least, it was a high anxiety situation. However, Mr. Brennan, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to resolve the matter. He even went as far as to reach out to the title company for the home that we were buying out of state ( a transaction that he was technically not part of and not being paid for) to help resolve the situation. In this entire transaction, in both states, I have dealt with multiple realtors, title companies, and mortgage loan officers and NONE have been as detailed, organized, communicative and invested as Mr. Brennan was.
