I have come to this location for the past week to give them a try out of curiosity. This has got to be the worst Starbucks in the area that I been to. I noticed each morning I would have somebody new on the drive through that had no clue what they were doing. My price for the drinks kept on changing throughout the week and very seldom were they the same. My regular drink being a tall pike place with cream and sugar and a shot of espresso. Sometimes a I got asked how many sugars I want sometimes a I never get asked. When I go to other Starbucks they just make it for me without asking and they drink turns out fine. Also I noticed that when I ordered a holiday drink along with my regular order, if I ordered in a grande size I received the order in a regular white cup. I thought the holidays recently started? Who is the manager of this place? I thought you should have so many holiday cups in stock to last you for the month at least. Especially if you just started with holiday cups beginning of this month as a company wide thing. Another thing, this morning I went and asked for a Pumpkin Spice Latte and they told me they were out. Did Starbucks stop selling it already or did you run out? If you ran out shame on you. It means that whoever was suppose to order the product failed to do so. I was given my cups this morning and one of the lids on one of the cups never attached to the cup because the cup was messed up. Why would you give me a messed up cup? The barista should have caught that before they gave me the cup and given me a new cup. One morning they had a guy on drive through that kept asking is that all. It was clear that he didn’t want to be there. Listen nobody is forcing you to work a job you don’t like. Go find another one dude. As you can see those are just a few things I personally noticed going strictly through drive through 5 times the last week. If there was this many issues, I can only imagine what kind of issues they have in the entire store. I have decided to stop going to this location because of these issues. Read moreHorror of horrors.Yesterday, My experience here started out nicely as I entered this location down the street from my job. First there were 2 young ladies at the cash registers; I went to one and she said oh I am not ringing customers, I'm running a report with out any further direction, so I move to the other cashier line. She was pleasant but never offered me a receipt. So I I get my 3 items, had to ask for a tray for the beverages and leave. I get back to my job literally not even 5 minutes away, get out of the car, grab my peppermint tea by the top , which comes off and this scalding hot tea pours over my hand; immediately I run into my job and several of us are trying to put burn cream and spray on my hand. As the tears are running down my face I call the location back, get put on hold, when someone comes to the line I ask for the Mgr, Erin tells me he is not in and say she is the supervisor, okay. I explained what happened, she tells me I can call 1800Starbucks, WOW, WOW, WOW. She made me feel as if it were my fault the lid was not secure and, btw as hot as the tea was it would have scalded my mouth. Today since, I did not receive a call from the Mgr, I stop by the location and ask for a copy of the incident report Erin says she filled out and if the Mgr was in, one girl said yes, he is on the phone; then The shift supervisor once again says no he left for lunch, and there is no way for her to give me a copy of the incident report; then she said he was on a conference call, so which was it. So yes, this store gets a zero star rating if I could give that. A follow up call and some type apology from the Mgr with a refund would have totally squashed this, but now I am not so sure. To be...
Read moreOrdered 8 minutes in advance on the app. My drink was estimated to be ready in 4-9 mins. When I arrived I waited inside for over 10 minutes. They were busy so I tried to be patient. My drink was never made. At his point I explained to the cashier that I had been waiting for about 10 minutes inside and that I had ordered on that app nearly 20 minutes ago and I needed to go or I would be late for work. Then he asked me "Why didn't you say something?" Excuse me? Why didn't I say something? Why didn't you make my drink? LoL I know, first world problems. Anyhow, the female barista had a serious attitude and immediately got defensive telling her co-workers AND me that she had already "made that drink" then said the "sticker" for my drink never printed. So which is it??? Did you make it? Or did it never print? SMH. At this point I was frustrated beyond words. I told the manager I needed to go and I no longer wanted the drink if it could not be made immediately. He quickly threw it together and gave me a half hearted apology. I left.
