Tapatia Supermarket - Westgate Ave — Local services in West Palm Beach

I love the fresh tortillas from the tortillera and the variety of items at the store, but I will never ever order their Menudo again. It was God forsaken gross. I gagged with the first bite... It was utterly disgusting.. I might add I gave them the benefit of doubt because I went back a different date and ordered it again, and the same thing. It tasted as if they didn't clean it right... Oh gosh nasty. It must be how they prepare it here because I ordered in one more place and it was the same. I'm traumatized, seriously. nasty!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢

I've done customer service for 20 plus years and the service at this establishment was horrible. We went to get lunch and the lady that was taking our order, Mary A, was very rude along with another person. To make things worse she was not only rude to us but to other people that was ordering as well. It's a ashame that usually the people that go there just take the rudeness and don't say anything and the rudeness just continues and is never dealt with. Store is always clean and neat. I really love the new design and the self checkout is a plus. They have a variety of Mexican cheese and other Central American items. I also buy my meat here. The fruit are always great and I noticed they almost always have fresh flower bouquets! The prices are a little high on certain items, so I wouldn't recommend shopping for your whole grocery here. The prepared foods taste really good, but I wish they would do online pick up for this location! All the others...
