In the past, I used to indulge in this establishment every week. Lately, I find myself doing more online pickups versus actually ordering in person. Around lunchtime, it gets jam-packed and can be a little chaotic when trying to pick up dinner. My only issue with this particular Chipotle shop location is that they're always out of stock on items. I understand that we are still in the pandemic times, but way before then, they used to be out of stock on particular things like beverages and chips. They had a habit of always forgetting an item from your pickup orders, and I have to admit they have improved on making sure that the order has what it needs. They have come up with an innovative system of holding your pickup item, so you have to speak to the cashier to receive your pickup order, then they'll explain to you that a particular item you order is out of stock. Even though that helps eliminate walking out of the store with a missing item you ordered is still inconvenient. You have to wait a long period to speak with the cashier because they are often assisting customers that have already ordered in line. Chipotle has taken the incentives to call the customers to inform them to order a different item because they don't have it in stock, which is smart and less of a hassle. Suppose they can improve on having the necessary items on stock to eliminate inconvenience for customers who have to pick up in-store that would be more than helpful. I would give them a three, but since they have improved on missing items in my pickup order, I boosted up to a four. I understand that it can be hectic during lunch and dinner work hours, but that is no excuse for not having the necessary stock items. I find myself at times canceling orders and getting refunds and dining at a different establishment instead. Still, it's just the inconvenience and the time lost in ordering and coming to the store to pick up. Not to mention that I have to stand and wait until someone can speak to me regarding my order. I hope they can improve a system that works for customers dining in and...
Read moreI haven’t even eaten my food, this review is not about the food but about the experience I had. We went in and there was visible tension within the staff, and the gentleman (he wasn’t wearing a name tag) that served us when we first walked in was incredibly rude, not only to myself but to the staff. So much attitude, and then when my friend went to order his he asked for a burrito and got a bowl. We don’t like confrontation and we understand, especially during the holidays, how stressful it can be, so we let it slide and he settled for the bowl not wanting to be a bother. We get to the end, the cashier who I could barely hear, I thought she asked if we were together and so I said yes. She only rang up one item, his, and I wasn’t paying attention (definitely my fault there) and didn’t see she only put one meal in the bag. We left, already annoyed with the whole experience, and got to the car to realize we only had one meal. I completely understand I should’ve been paying attention to make sure she put both in the bag initially, but she let me walk out without my food, and didnt try to stop me to tell me I still needed to pay for mine. I had to go back and the gentleman that took care of us initially walked up to us and asked what was wrong, and I told him we weren’t charged for my food and that it wasn’t put in the bag. I went up to pay for mine, and the woman looked at me and said “I asked you if it was one meal”.. understand it could be a miscommunication, but my friend and I fought over who would pay, which implied we were together, and again she let me walk out without my food. On top of that, there was another customer who came in after us who also went through the same thing and had to get back in line to re-order ( I’m assuming they left the place and had to drive back, so the employees didn’t save the food when no one claimed it ), except they were charged, just never received the food. I hate leaving reviews, I’ve worked retail and again understand the frustrations, but the treatment was unlike any other I’ve ever received. I will not be returning to...
Read moreAfter consistent dissatisfaction, I refuse to support this Chipotle location. They are constantly messing up orders and the staff is completely incompetent and have no manners. When it came time for me to pay, the cashier kept asking me what I got eventhough it was already written on the to-go order. She asked me three times if my order had guacamole and each time I told her "yes". Then, one of the staff members was standing in line behind me ordering for herself, almost knocked me over because she kept standing in my space pushing her body into me (as if I didn't exist) while chatting loudly to her team member over the glass about her personal issues. She apologized for pushing into me, but never backed up and pushed into me again, carrying on loudly. Then the cashier asked me if I wanted chips or a drink and I said "I'll have a Nantucket Nectar - peach orange". I paid and she gave me my to-go bag. I looked inside the bag and noticed she didn't give me my drink. I went back to the counter and she apologized and went to grab the drink. When she realized they weren't stocked in the fridge, she told me she thought they may be out of stock, but would check in the back. She returned with a case full of bottles and she looked over at me and said "oh, I never charged you for it." ... is that my fault you never charged me for it? are you kidding me? You never charged me for it because you were too busy chatting with your fellow employees. I just walked away. Ridiculous. Speaking as a business owner, I could never treat my clientele like this. It's a shame that these employees are so lackadaisical and carry on with eachother as if it's a social hang-out in there. A good establishment hires employees who understand work ethic and provide real customer service. They need a manager who runs...
