La Granja West Palm Beach — Restaurant in Florida

My first time visiting. I went through the Drive Thru, and was told come to the second window I thought it was strange because I didn't even order, but I thought maybe the ordering station wasn't working. I get to the second window, and the attendant asked me what I ordered. This must be a joke. I thought. I told her I hadn't ordered because she was the one who told me to just drive around. " ok go ahead and order" she says. But the board with the pictures and prices wasn't there, so I told her I can't order in this way. I went inside the lobby of the restaurant. The cashier was just okay for me. I think she just expected me to know exactly what I wanted, so I told her I needed some time. I asked about the Difference between the sautéed Beef and the Churasco , I asked her which one was more tender, poor girl tried her best, but her English wasn't fluent, so she took a minute to answer. I sensed her getting impatient with me. So I just left. Needless, to say The Jupiter location is far better than this location. I would recommend going to Jupiter one instead. Just...

I like to order large family meals to feed my family for a couple of days. A large family meal includes a pound and a half of chicken, beef, & pork with a small amount of rice & beans and 8 cups of soda. I don't want 8 cups of fountain drinks. The employees were once kind & understanding enough to allow me to replace the drinks with a side of rice. Each time I've returned to do the same, I'm told NO, replacements & exceptions are impossible, that all I can do is accept the drinks, or pay extra money for sides. The only better option is replacing all the fountain drinks with bottled waters--Still not something I prefer since I have water at home. Quite disappointing to pay $80 for meat with small sides with no other family meal options. Is this so they can make extra money charging customers for sides? Maybe La Granja should update their menu with a food...

Tried ordering at this restaurant through DoorDash which they kept canceling the order so I ended up calling in to place my order the cashier over the phone told me it will be 25 minutes mind you I called at 9:30 (they close at 10 PM) upon arriving being that I was doing a pick up I walked up to the door and the doors were locked every last one of the employees inside looked at me and just stared at me from the inside of the restaurant never acknowledging me. So I took it upon myself to go to the drive-through where I got to the window and I told him that I was picking up an order I picked up my food just to get home for my food to be cold as if they put it in the refrigerator and took it out or just try to warm it up from being taken out of the refrigerator.
