I’ve been a loyal customer of your store since it opened and was a regular at the previous Greenacres location as well. While I understand they are not the same franchise, I’ve always appreciated the warm, welcoming atmosphere and excellent service — it’s what has kept me coming back, often twice a week.
Unfortunately, my visit on May 10, 2025, left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. During this visit, a staff member — who I believe may be the owner’s daughter — repeatedly implied that I often ask for discounts or free items. She mentioned, incorrectly, that I had previously requested a 25% discount related to a fitness plan. She also told me more than once that I shouldn’t expect a discount every time I come in — a comment that was both inaccurate and, frankly, unnecessary.
To clarify, the only time I ever received a complimentary bowl was due to a technical issue with the rewards system that no one could resolve at the time. Despite being a frequent customer, I have never asked for, nor expected, free food or special treatment. And even if a customer were to ask for a discount regularly, I believe they should still be treated with professionalism and respect. The tone and manner in which I was spoken to felt accusatory and dismissive — as though I was trying to take advantage of the store, which could not be further from the truth.
So far this year alone, I have spent $274 at your store, including seven visits in February. I’ve continued to support your business because I enjoy the product and have always felt appreciated by your team — until now.
I'm not writing out of anger, but in the hope that this feedback helps ensure loyal customers like myself are treated with fairness and dignity. I value open communication and wanted to share my experience so similar situations can be avoided...
Read moreThis location has one of the best açaí bowls in south Florida.
All the ingredients are fresh and mixed perfectly to give an authentic taste of an açaí bowl. I ordered “THE ORIGINAL” açaí bowl and added cacao nibs and almond butter for a total price of $14 before taxes and tips. Very reasonable!
The consistency was thick and creamy (not watery like most of the açaí establishments I’ve been to).
Service was great! The food prep guy (forgot his name) was very nice and informative about the menu.
As far as atmosphere goes, it was ok. It’s geared more towards gym enthusiasts and people that are on the go. There’s tables and seats inside. They offer protein powders, bars, chips and other products. It’s not really a place to hang out, instead it’s to go and get a quick bite and go about your day. Will definitely come back to try their...
Read moreIt gets a four instead of a five because the protein scoops are 1.50 per and I like two so that’s way too much to go back. But also, when they make the smoothie, they always make a tad extra so you never get the full two scoops you paid for and that’s the whole reason I bought two, seems silly but it’d be different if I got every ounce I paid for. The guy said - that all i was losing was like 2 grams but still - I paid for those 2 grams. Not sure if I’ll go back. - perhaps they should start a thing called the protein club for a monthly fee and then you get unlimited protein. I probably couldn’t afford that either because it’d probably be like 20 a month but hey - whatever - now they’ve got a good...
