A Truly Exceptional Bakery & Café Experience
I must say, I feel truly blessed to have found Aïoli Sourdough Bakery & Café. This gem is the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch, and every visit leaves me more impressed than the last.
The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the warm, comforting aroma of freshly baked sourdough, pastries, and breads coming straight from the open kitchen. Watching the bakers at work adds such a unique and inviting energy—you’re part of the experience, not just a customer. Pair that with the gentle background music, and you instantly feel at home.
The food quality is unmatched. From hearty sandwiches and crisp, flavorful salads to the delicate pastries that practically melt in your mouth, every bite feels crafted with love and care. Their sourdough bread is the star—it’s perfectly crusty on the outside, soft and flavorful inside. And their coffee bar? Outstanding. Whether you want a bold espresso or a smooth latte, it’s made to perfection.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. The staff is unbelievably kind, always greeting you with a genuine smile and remembering your name as if you were family. The level of customer service is exemplary—attentive yet never rushed, warm without being overbearing.
The café itself is spotless, with immaculate cleanliness that gives you full peace of mind. The seating is well thought out—comfortable, cozy, and inviting whether you’re meeting a friend, reading a book, or working on your laptop.
There’s absolutely nothing negative I can say about this place—it is excellence in every sense. From the atmosphere to the food, from the music to the service, everything is executed at the highest standard.
If you’ve never been here, you’re missing out on a truly magnificent experience. Once you visit, you’ll be hooked. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm, high-quality, and memorable space for your customers—you make us feel like family every...
Read moreEither my Wife or I used to visit up to twice a week, when they only had one cafe. Then they expanded, bought a newer and bigger oven, they changed up the ingredients for their breads, I felt that it lowered the quality. Then they opened a 2nd restaurant and started doing Green Markets. Slowly the quality started going downhill. I stopped buying their sandwiches and instead one of us would get pastries and the occasional breakfast. Sometimes it was exceptionally good, sometimes just Ok and the busier they got the worse the product. This morning I waited an exceptionally long time for take out. I ordered an opened face poached egg sandwich on a biscuit with ham and arugula. Sounds delicious? It can be. After the long wait I notice the server turn the container with the sandwich sideways in a bag. Of course immediately I knew that everything would be smushed together. They apologized and said they would fix it, then they handed me my bag. I was home in less than a minute. I live close by, I looked what I got. What they gave me was broken eggs with yoke running down the side of the container. Just a tiny bit of greens on the sandwich. Cold hollandaise sauce and hard biscuit, a terrible product. I contacted the owner, and the response I got was that the product they gave me doesn’t travel well for take out? (So why sell it) That their servers are very busy. But no apology, no replacement, etc. I would not recommend them for take out in the future, they don’t stand behind their product. Eat in and if they are busy, know that maybe you’ll get poor...
Read moreI am so impressed with this little cafe, I don't even know where to begin! My girlfriend suggested we go here this morning after she was introduced to it last week. Me and four friends drove 20 minutes north just to give it a shot, and boy am I glad we did!
Aioli is tucked away in a quiet little plaza. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. Their fresh pastries looked absolutely incredible, so my table partook in a few. My friend Susan had the pumpkin bread and said it was Divine. I ordered the orange and cardamom croissant and it was so delightful and tasty. My friend Monica had the ham and cheese croissant, and that was incredible! And my friend Judd had a cinnamon roll that was to die for.
Two of us had the crack coffee which has espresso, coconut oil, cinnamon, cayenne, and milk. It was absolutely incredible! I couldn't imagine those things going together but I'm so glad that Aioli invented it and put it on their menu!
They're avocado toast special was superb! Thick sourdough bread with a generous serving of avocado, grilled asparagus and grilled green onion, topped with perfectly poached beautiful eggs.
I was also celebrating a birthday today and the entire restaurant broke out into song for me! The cashier Melanie was so delightful, kind, helpful, and dedicated to good customer service. I believe I met the owner, Karen. But she was so humble she didn't call herself the owner, but rather the president of the fan club
I don't know what I did right in my life to find this little place, but I will...
