Country at Heart — Local services in West Plains

Me and my fiance just discovered this little shop today even though she's been at that location since 2019 but I will say she made loyal customers out of us the shop itself was so stinking cute and the owner was very nice and very helpful she has all the salt water taffy you could imagine and more. We were looking at the sodas on the wall next to the register and she even has cold ones in the back if you'd like a cold one instead of room temperature the salt water taffy was the main reason I loved it but there is so much more to that little shop I can tell you next time I get paid I'm going to go back and spend a lot more money.....oh and I'm definitely getting some of her candles too!!! So when me and my daughter walk in with just 15 minutes till closing the owner walked over to us and said " you guys take your time i dont have anywhere to be" now that there made me so proud and happy to of enjoyed looking at so many memories like charleston chew or abba zabba. Ive always had a amazing experience there but this time was above and beyond thank you. We stayed about 45 minutes after closing wouldnt you know it i bet they was a dozen customers walk in as well a.nd all pretty much said the same thing i thought. I am and will always be...

Their store is as cute as can be and has a vintage feel. Almost like you're walking into a general store on the square in the early 1900's. I really want to rave about their customer service, though. I ordered one of their adorable candy gift baskets for a new job of mine and they made special arrangements for me to pick it up before they were officially open. They didn't have to and I didn't ask; they offered. They truly go above and beyond and are a prime example why it is always better...
