we bought a brand new frigidaire fridge 6 months ago, spent extra money on the 5 year warranty, and delivery, and now the fridge is broken and when the manufacture told me i had to wait nearly a month for a replacement, I reached out to browns asked if there was a way I could return it and get my money back so that I could buy a new one and not have to wait 3.5 weeks for a new one I was basically told that I was just out of luck...with 5 kids I am going to end up spending just as much to feed my family at restaurants for the next month as I spent on the fridge...so much for the benefit of that extra warranty...

Absolutely will never buy from them again. I bought a "brand new" washing machine from them and it never held water. I told them I wanted my money back and they told me no. I called them within 2 weeks of purchasing it and they told me I had to call the manufacturer. I just told them I wanted my money back and they wouldn't give it back or a new machine. So now I'm stuck with a broken machine and out over $600. Thanks browns. I will never send anyone to you or go in your creepy...
