we bought a brand new frigidaire fridge 6 months ago, spent extra money on the 5 year warranty, and delivery, and now the fridge is broken and when the manufacture told me i had to wait nearly a month for a replacement, I reached out to browns asked if there was a way I could return it and get my money back so that I could buy a new one and not have to wait 3.5 weeks for a new one I was basically told that I was just out of luck...with 5 kids I am going to end up spending just as much to feed my family at restaurants for the next month as I spent on the fridge...so much for the benefit of that extra warranty...
