Game Stash — Local services in West Plains

Edited: ('I'm sorry that we sold you a dud of a game' would be a proper apology) I'm aware of the warranty, and aware of the fact that you're a used game store. I already said I'm not from West Plains and only occasionally come through. Try to understand how much of an inconvenience it would be to come all the way there to possibly swap the game because you may not even have a copy, and even then am I meant to ask to see that it works before leaving? 1 star from me because I trusted that the game would work knowing I wouldn't have the time to come swap it if it doesn't. Yup, you're a used game store and I'm aware of your warranty and the fact that by purchasing, I am taking a risk. Still, 1 star. Game worked like it was supposed to, would've been 5. Make sure your games work. Then you won't get 1 star reviews from people passing through who can't come and swap a game that doesn't work because y'all made a mistake.

Usually love this place but when I went to sell my original xbox one they only gave me 40 bucks for it. They tried to justify it by saying that I ruined the hdmi port by taking the chord out too much, even though I have never even had signs of this ever. One more thing is I wish they had a better selection of GameCube/Wii games.
