Allied Cooperative — Local services in West Salem

I brought screens in for repair, was quoted $60 plus $18 for materials. I asked them, "So a total of around $80?" They said yes and had them repaired. Upon pick up, I get charged $120 for them! Alright, but at least they're done after a two week wait. I put the screens back in the window but two of them won't fit. Upon inspecting the screens, I notice the shoddy work put into them: the lining to keep the screen in place was too long and stuck out of the corners, the screen was either too long or short depending on which screen, they used a different frame for the frame work so the frame was 1/8" to large for the window. I took the two screens that would not fit back and told them it was too large. A week later they call me and say that they can't cut it down 1/8"! Here's an idea, take that frame to a metal grinding wheel and grind it down or maybe cut it right to begin with. RECAP: over charged, shoddy work, pain in the butt. I will never go back for...

Came in to have keys made and to pickup a few things. We were directed to the counter in back for the keys. My husband rrturned to the front to look at grills. The Weber Grill he wanted was not on display. There were two associates at the register carrying on a conversation.. Neither asked if he needed help. I waited 10 minutes to have keys made. While waiting an associate did wonder by and mumbled "he should be back shortly". My husband joined me. Right before we walked out, an associate said to my husband, who now was waiting, "I'll be there in a bit.The Sales associates continued to be busy talking and did not acknowledged us leaving. A person wearing an Allied shirt walked by us a few times. Maybe he wasn't affiliated with this store. That might be why did not offer his help.
