Listen, "Alison," remember her name. She's a rare commodity when it comes to genuine customer service. I've been in the radio biz (On air) for 29 years now. I know a thing or two about the subject. She was helping someone else, and I didn't even see the shopper whom she was helping when I asked, "Do you guys carry Zero Sugar..." and before I could finish my question, she, with a smile so genuine and refreshing, politely said, "Just give me a moment sir. I promise I will be right with you." And that gives a lil hint that I must've been rushing and not paying attention - I was and wasn't. So you say that's what every employee should have said, right? You couldn't be further from the truth. I know a thing or two, remember? Try that at a store that begins with a "W." Yeah, you get my picture. Truth is, "you get what you pay for." But it's not a conceited air that she walks with. She's just genuinely professional - that's the difference. At most stores you get "hourly employees." Not all are bad, or not AS genuinely qualified in the "people busines," not by a long shot. I still do "some" gathering at that spot that starts with a "W." But when I know I want professional grocer advice and recommendations, followed by a wealth of product knowledge, and a sprinkle of genuine care, I choose Whole Foods. They in turn know a thing or two about laying on an indelible impression that just sticks to ya like macaroni sticks to cheese! (Or, the other way around?🤔) Case in point, Alison wanted to make sure that she wasn't overlooking anything that hadn't to do with "Zero Sugar Cranberry Juice." (Don't look cause there ain't such a thing Smh...) So she immediately and once again politely asked if I wouldn't mind walking over to "360 Health" with her. There she summoned and we found "Victor." Another seasoned professional who just started regurgitating a WEALTH of health info about Cranberry additives, supplements, and juices that were as close to Zero sugar as could be. And showed me every last one of them without looking like he didn't know exactly where they were. They're like culinary librarians in an edifice known for groceries! They simply are overloaded with product knowledge. So after they looked so dejected at not being able to facilitate my impossible requests from the get go, they suggested that I reach out to my Mother's Gyno and verify that she didn't mean, "no added sugars." I left with the impression that biology and chemistry wasn't a problem for them in school. You get - what you pay for here. Simple.
Thanks you two. You guys are a blessing.

Read moreThis whole foods market store is awesome. I always seem to find what I am looking for. Even during the construction of the parking lot, I am able to find a place to park and get in with ease. This complex houses a few other stores besides whole foods. The parking construction is done in quadrants. This always allows good parking. You may have to circle around a couple of times during peak hours, but it's still...
