Linda Nguyen - State Farm Insurance Agent — Local services in Southside Place

I have been a customer of Linda Nguyen State Farm for 15 years. Not only are their prices competitive, but they are the warmest and caring insurance group that I've met. Every time I walk in the office, I am greeted with a genuine welcome. Every time I had to report a flooded vehicle or a break-in, they were there to help me every step of the process. Yearly they call me to make sure I am happy with my current policies (sadly I only reach out to them when I need something). In an age where you have to press 1 to reach yet another machine, you will reach real people here. And trust me, when you are involved in a major automobile accident or water is rushing in during a hurricane, you want to talk to a real person. BEYOND DISSATISFIED! Since I have switched agents my premium has continuously increased without any notification. I have been with State Farm for 10 years! When I called in 6 months ago, I was told that I would qualify for the 10 year discount. Instead my monthly amount INCREASED by $30 on top of the small increases that subtly happen throughout the year. Furthermore, I have not had anything claims filed to my insurance. What makes it even more frustrating is that even if I wanted to my use my insurance, my deductible almost makes it not worth it. I will be switching insurance providers soon.
