They gave great support and service accommodating my requests. I had a birthday party with my softball group and they got us scheduled appropriately. It was my first time coming and it wasn’t easy to identify the business location specifically. I was expecting a bigger sign. I brought snacks for my group so that made a more enjoyable experience for us.
The couches are nice. We had 4 on each bay and felt like it wasn’t very much time, I wouldn’t recommend more than 6 on a bay. It’s a little bit slow figuring out the game setting initially. If you visit frequently you could get a better idea and use your time more efficiently. Your time does keep running while you gather the balls, so it would be a good system if there was a feeder system like bowling. Read moreFun spot to get some indoor batting practice with friends and family! The Cage offers a variety of bats (different weights and lengths), helmets, as well as a tee. There's also self-checkout concessions and merch. Game play is super easy - just hit home plate to pause and resume, with balls coming every 6 seconds. You can adjust the pitch speed & angle, pick your favorite ballpark to play at, and choose from several game modes to accommodate a variety of play styles and skill levels. It would be cool to see an offering to purchase like 10 1-hour sessions vs a year membership, I could see myself buying or gifting something like this to the baseball fans in my life. Remember to bring your batting gloves if you have some! Next time I'll try out...
