I'm sure that had I gotten my car tinting at this location, it would have looked great. Unfortunately, I will never know due to poor customer service. I bought a Groupon to this place in early April. When I called to make an appointment, the first available date they had was May 24. I thought waiting 6 weeks was a bit ridiculous, but I went with it because i was in no hurry. They also said that the job would take as long as 4 hours. I also thought that was a bit ridiculous as I only have a 4 door sedan. But again, I went with it because they said they don't overlap appointments and usually only have a couple people scheduled per day. So May 24th finally rolls around and I have a 9am appointment. I arrive in front of the place at about 8:40am. No one is there and the gate is closed. I sit and wait because I'm early and thought they just hadn't gotten there yet. After waiting until 9:15 I finally called the main number and there was no answer. But there was a message stating that they would be closed on the 23rd and the 24th due to a medical reason. I left a voicemail that I was there and that it would have been nice had someone called me to cancel. I also asked to be called back to reschedule since I had already paid for the service through Groupon. They never called. I had to go on to their Facebook page to find out their son had a medical procedure. Ok, fine. I get that. You can't help emergencies. But the same person who changed their voicemail message could have called people they had scheduled that day to cancel. Because remember, they don't schedule a lot of people per day, so i'm sure there weren't that many people to call. I would have completely understood had they just called, but they didn't. They also never bothered to call me to reschedule. I was forced to report them to Groupon and they were nice enough to let me transfer my voucher to Tint World in Penn Hills. They got me an appointment in 2 weeks, not 6. And it only took 2 hours to complete, not 4. You can't help situations that arise, but you can help how you handle them. The entire process went smoothly from my initial vehicle appraisal to having the work completed. During the appraisal, Allen pointed out a few places my car needed some bodywork if I wanted the wrap to look its best. Some of it was so small I hadn’t even noticed it was there! After seeing how nicely the wrap turned out, I am glad I followed his advice.
One thing that stood out to me from beginning to end was the attention to detail by Allen and his team. They go the extra mile to make sure your car looks its best once they’re done. The wrap fits perfectly, with all the edges tucked in so well you’d think it was paint.
