Pretty decent little sandwich shop. They have hoagies, cheesesteaks, burgers, wings, and almost any other American type food. Tonight, I saw they had a great deal on Uber Eats offering buy 1 get one 1 free on select items. I decided to try the classic Philly cheesesteak, which also came with their hand cut fries (you also have the option of substituting chicken for steak).

The cheesesteak was about $12.50 each, which I think is an okay price. Portion size is decent too, not too big nor too small. I will say that there was quite a lot of bread in comparison to the meat, cheese, and vegetables. I believe the bun was too thick. The steak itself was pretty flavorful and had a good texture. They use an adequate amount of cheese. Good amount of mushrooms, and each mushroom is quite big, but they do have a slight canned flavor.

The fries were just okay. Quality probably declined due to them being in the car for delivery. Still, they were not bad, and definitely nice to get fries for free. As usual, I would have wanted a bit more salt or pepper, and they were a bit limp.

All in all, not a bad spot for a sandwich, wings, or other classic American fare. The cheesesteak was still enjoyable, just nothing special. I do appreciate the deal they had going on with Uber...

Big Shot Bob’s House of Wings - North Hills is a must-visit if you love bold flavors and creative sandwiches. Their menu is packed with unique combinations that sound wild at first but absolutely deliver on taste. I tried ‘The Soldier,’ and it was incredible—chicken fingers, bacon, gyro meat, and provolone, all smothered in golden BBQ sauce. It might sound like a crazy mix, but trust me, it works! Every bite was packed with flavor, and the quality was top-notch.

The interior is simple and functional—definitely more of a takeout spot than a full sit-down restaurant, but they do have tables if you want to dine in. They’ve got some beers in the fridge, which I assume you can order, but this isn’t really a pub; it’s more of a quick-service joint with great food. The bathroom was clean but reminded me of a gas station restroom, just take a leak, wash your hands, and get back to that awesome food. If you’re looking for something different but delicious, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back...

Been getting take out consistently from Bulldawgs since it opened. Have been inside for dine-in 3 times now. This place has only gotten better with time. They expanded their menu to be more than just sandwiches and added more options. I have tried just about everything on their menu and only have good things to say about it all. If you get a cheesesteak you won’t be disappointed, if you get a chicken sandwich you won’t be disappointed, if you get pasta you won’t be disappointed, and above all their fries are immaculate! Our go-to order is usually a grilled cheese with fries and ranch, a Bulldawg cheesesteak with fries and ranch, and maybe a drink or two. Portion size relative to price feels like a steal here and you always feel full after a meal. Owner and staff have always been kind when ordering and picking up. I can’t recommend...

If you have a healthy appetite you gotta check out BullDawg's Burgers....and ask for Mike....who happens to be the Owner. Mike is very personable and friendly he greeted me as soon as I walked in the door.....in other words he made me feel welcomed immediately and things only got better from there! The food...all I can say is....OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! I ordered a chocolate shake (no whipped cream HUMONGOUS BURGER and loaded fries and I was in delicious food heaven!!! If you are located in Pittsburgh or ever find yourself visiting Pittsburgh make a bee line to BullDawg's Burgers and ask for Mike.......tell him The Disabled Vet sent ya'!!!!!!! 100% guarantee you won't leave hungry!
