Loved homegoods until I went with someone who had a disability. Omg you can't get down the isle because there is stuff in the isle prohibited from anyone but an able body person. Not wheelchair friendly isles to narrow and packed with so much stuff it is impossible for a person in a wheelchair to shop here. I felt so bad for the person I was with that I had to do tons of apologies..How disappointed ☹️ because its not for every shopper here You can't find everything here but you will find things you had no idea you needed if you can get in the isle. Went in to see if I could find towels with intials. Couldn't find them but stumbled upon towels,face cloths,n hand towels with cat faces on them. Oh how adorable we're they. Had to get them. That's what it's like here you find something you have to have. We get to the register. We are next a few people behind us,four cash register numbers were lit ,but only one cashier working. Two other cashier's were busy doing something together and a line is forming and One cashier working. Then finally one cashier noticed and came from wherever he was in the store,not even the two behind the counter. Paying customers should be priorities.Other than that a great place to find cool items. One thing I will say is if you see it buy it. I bought my kitty towels.. I needed more so went the next day to get more. Nope all gone. Called many other Home goods and nope they don't have them either. Don't snooze because you will...

Always going to HomeGoods to get certain stuff I get my coffee there this one over here in Westerly the staff is very nice my wife recently purchased the table where I went in to get the table it was really heavy and there was no males working at the store I had my pickup truck and so three females came out and help me load the table on the truck very very helpful all kinds of things to get if you need their to stop is very helpful very knowledgeable like I said I get my coffee my coffee sweeteners their pants all kinds of stuff pillows knick-knacks for your house is any other kind of utensils you might need there's a lot of oils there is some candies and some other kind of trinkets that you would have there's a lot of beachy stuff cuz we're down in the beach here in Westerly so there's a lot of beach knick-knacks for your house and there's a lot of phone stuff phone Supplies phone cords phone cases anything you need for your phone and there's some Fitness stuff from trimmers and you get a good deal on in the men's section their socks there's underwear there's shirts anything that's on sale here at home goods you you get a good price on stuff so if you're in the neighborhood in Westerly and you feel like a store and stocked up for the springtime to see what they have for all your stuff you need and I give it a five stars because the help was fantastic to help us help you know they helped me put that table...

As a card member of the TJX Empire, this HomeGoods is by far the worst I’ve ever shopped at. It always looks like a hot mess and I’ve gone there on countless occasions. I’m not sure if the store needs to be remodeled, but it feels like their inventory is spread out carelessly, there’s always carts of new inventory in the aisles, it’s hard to find things, it just feels like an anxious shopping experience.

When you sign up for the store credit card, you get a temporary shopping pass, that acts as a paper copy of your credit card, until your official card comes in the mail. At my home store in New London, I, as the temp pass holder, enter The necessary information to utilize my pass, but the cashier at the Westerly store asked me to read aloud my temp pass information so she could key it in on the keypad herself, when I asked why, cashier stated, “because they rather I do it”.

I’m not sure what that’s about but it left a bad taste in my mouth, instead of using my TJX card I decided to use my debit card.

Overall I’d recommend Westerly residents take the drive out to New London for a better shopping and customer service experience.
