Verizon — Local services in Westerly

I recently purchased a new Apple SE2020 I-Phone. My buying experience with Nick was very professional. He took the time to explain things to me and set up my phone. Being an older person who is not very good with the new technology, he was very patient, and, he did not rush me; he was very pleasant.

When I returned to buyout the phone, Nick was busy with a customer, however, Kassie helped me! She also took care of me in a professional manner and answered more questions that I had. Kassie was also pleasant and patient.

With this being said, Verizon should be very pleased that they have employees like Nick & Kassie to represent them!

My experience with buying my I-Phone was a very comfortable experience.

Most importantly, I know I can return, and feel comfortable asking questions and doing business with Nick and Kassie.

Me and my wife on a whim decided to switch service to Verizon while sitting at the beach.I googled Verizon stores near me and this store came up.we took the ride 40 minute ride to ask questions and find out more info.I walked in and this young woman greeted us with a huge smile and very friendly demeanor.”HI IM KATIE WELCOME TO VERIZON” which put me right at ease I don’t do good with this stuff. She helped me switch 4 lines and get 4 new phones.she had to fight with her computer for 30 minutes because it was giving her a hard time.by the time everything was all done it was almost an hour and a half. Keep in mind this was 5:30 on a Friday night. The store closes at 7. This woman never rushed us and made us super comfortable the whole time. My phone was struggling with a mystery ailment, so I headed into this location with trepidation but walked out a proud card-carrying member of the Kassondra Klub! (She also goes by Kassie, for those of you who like to shorten names.)

She tried determinedly to figure out my problem, but it was not meant to be, and when I mentioned I was ready to upgrade anyways, she made the entire process comfortable, pleasant and smooth. No awkward product pushing, she just asked me what I was looking for and even though I wasn't expecting my Samsung choice to be in stock with all the supply shortages, she magically produced one on the spot. I'm now pretty sure she's a wizard but I can't prove it...yet.
