Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in Westerly

They never have anything in stock at all , no puree, hardly any sticks , no bread to make sandwhiches , hardly any meat/cheese so they ask “do u want a grilled cheese instead “ also they have 2 tiny trays on the counter where customers can see , shelves are empty why is night shift cleaning up at 11-1pm if it’s not near closing time but back to the trays they have them sitting there with all different kinds of food touching ..did we forget about allergies smh… everytime I go to order they’re out of everything and then the employees are so rude when you’re simply just trying to order and go on about your day . Management u need to take care of this rude employee situation and supposedly always being out of food .. because I’ve worked for honey dew and dunkin you guys get a shipment each morning . I always get an egg and cheese and a drink with Boba. The egg and cheese is soooo good every time, toasted perfectly and the cheese is so yummy and melty. I have some annoying specific instructions whenever I get my drink but they're always polite and follow my directions, and I LOVE that they have boba!!! Everything is so well priced too. Everything in the bakery looks sooo good and tastes amazing and they have soo many drink options. Best place to get a tasty little treat imo, cheaper and better quality than Dunkin or Starbucks. My only complaint is they run out of some things very quickly (like glazed donuts or everything bagels) but they always have good...

Worst service ive EVER experienced. I ordered a combo, they forgot my coffee blamed me because i only said i wanted the number 5 and did not specify what kind of coffee. He literally said it was my fault and charged me two dollars extra for the coffee. The worst part is the person dealing with me was the owner. Please tell me how someone who owns an establishment knows nothing about customer service??? After I made a scene he still told me that I should have specified that I wanted coffee. I said the girl at the cashier should have said that comes with a coffee how do you drink it? DONT WASTE...
