This is a wonderful beach! We came on a rainy day and the lifeguards took such good care looking after everyone. We also came on the Fourth of July, so it was pretty packed. The views were amazing, the sand is so soft, and the water felt so good for beginning of July. I loved getting to see this beach and will highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a good swimming beach for an afternoon. Even for a morning stroll, this beach is a beautiful destination. After 6pm, it was pretty much fend for yourself swimming though, so if your swimming skills aren’t the best I would go earlier on so you have the safety of the lifeguards there. This beach is also quite large, with lots of areas to rinse off from the sandy beach before you go. There are also large bathrooms, so if you wish to change before and after you can! The bathrooms are a little gross, so make sure you wear shoes in them. There is also lots of tourist shops around and good restaurants and hotels.
