Dreamer Nail — Local services in Westfield

Long time customer since I moved to the area in 2015. They are quick and clean but they don't give the customary shoulder and neck massage that most places give. Prices are still the same though.

I had a really bad experience today when I came in 20 minutes before closing for a pedicure. They could have said no but they told me to pick a color for my nails and pay early. As the woman is finishing my toes, the owner comes up to me to say that I could come back another time for the polish. I said I didn't have the time so they could just give me back the 5 or so dollars that I paid to have my toes polished. The owner then said the price was the same either way. That is such a ripoff especially since I already paid expecting a full pedicure. How could an owner not take 10 minutes to put polish on a customer who comes in at least once a month! That is the last time I go there. They just lost a customer over...

Service took a long while. My tips,after only a week and half, came off so early as if the glue wasn’t going to stick much longer. I wonder what would’ve happened if I tried getting redone, the glue might have just dissolved after anyways.

Asked for shorter, almond shape and was left with tips twice as long with pressure to keep long after I asked multiple times to shorten.

Overall, it’s an okay place. I don’t think I’d come back, maybe it was just the lady who serviced me but I’m going to look elsewhere...

I love this place. It’s clean, the tools are hygienic the place is bright and sunny. The stations are always clean. I wish they would reopen on Sundays. The changed their hours during COVID and haven’t quite eased back in. The owners and staff are hard working and friendly. I like to bring my own polishes but when I don’t they have a wide selection and the bottles are frequently replaced so the polish isn’t old.
