I was excited to learn after they moved from olio road 17 years ago, that they had a bakery in Noblesville! After driving 45 minutes across town I was excited to see all the goodies this bigger store had to offer. However, my excitement fell when a worker came to the counter asking what I wanted with an unpleasant attitude. I told her cupcakes and asked what kinds were in the case. She told me to read the menu! I asked if she wouldn’t mind pointing out the flavors of cupcake. It’s nice to put a visual to the flavor. She really seemed put out and irritated! I had anticipated buying a dozen but just bought a few. I explained to the older women how excited I was to learn they were still open after all these years and drove 45 minutes. Amazing customer service! I made a huge mistake and completely forgot to pick up my cake on a Saturday afternoon. When I looked at my phone, I saw 3 missed calls and 2 voicemails from them trying to get in touch with me. They are not open on Sunday and when I realized they had already closed for the day once I saw the multiple phone call attempts I was sooooo upset with myself! However, one of the voicemails left a phone number to contact. I called right away and without hesitation, she offered to meet me at the store so I could get my cake!! Above and beyond customer service! They made things happen even when it was completely my mistake! And to top it off, the cake is beautiful and smells delicious! We picked up my son’s cake for his 12th birthday party. We were extremely disappointed! We had taken in a picture and the woman said that they would be able to make the cake look similar. The only thing that they wouldn’t be able to do was use the black icing. I specifically asked if they would be able to drizzle the icing like in the picture. The woman said that they would be able to. When I got the cake, it looked nothing like the picture! The woman finally offered to give me $12 off the $68 cake. After much discussion, I talked to someone else and was able to get a $25 discount.
