Actually I want to give 0 starts. The facility manager/ owner Ed Poles is an extremely rude and racist individual. We play on the court as a family with our 2 kids and have visited the facility at least 6 times now. Everytime we go there Ed makes sure to tell us that we are doing something wrong. Today, my kids were rudely told not to carry a banana on court, while there were people( white people) eating banana on other courts. Ed sits in the corner of his window and keeps us on watch eveytime we play. I see that this is a family run business, but they charge a premium rate per hour to public. We play at many other indoor facilities but never had such a bad experience. Unfortunately we had to go here due to unavailibility in other locations. This is by far the most poor run tennis facility in Westfield. Marcy the owner is beyond rude and completely mistreated, harassed, and humiliated me in front of other parents, children, and my 5 year old child. She purposely put my child’s health at risk and completely ignored my safety and covid concerns. Instead of speaking like a normal person to me, she kicked me and my son out and told us never to come back again. They are also in violation of executive order 251. I would never recommend this...

The clinic lesson programs are great and they offer so much more with cardio tennis, leagues and even kid programs. The coaches are nice, but also provide a challenging work-out. I like the divider nets between the courts and everything is clean and well-organized. If you want to get back into the game, call them today!
