Floral Arts Flowers — Local services in Westford

Mike, at Floral Arts in Westford, MA, did an outstanding job as florist for our mid October wedding. The venue was the Barn at Gibbet Hill, and we asked Mike to decorate the barn using materials that would look like they might have been gathered around a rural farm. We also wanted him to use the Syracuse University colors of orange and blue - including oranges, so it was a tall order. We cannot adequately express the masterful job he did in creating a casual yet elegant ambiance throughout the barn - from entry to dining area to deck. The arbor, large basket, and galvanized farm buckets, shuttles, and pitchers were overflowing with sunflowers, curly twigs, berries, greenery, bittersweet, interesting foliage, etc. while still having just the right touch of orange and blue. The carried and worn flowers were really lovely, and the cocktail tables and antique place card table were perfectly decorated with their arrangements including a variety of flowers, greenery, berries, and oranges in interesting vases and other types of vessels. The centerpieces on the dining tables were the most spectacular of all! The cobalt blue fruit bowls were overflowing with a riot of orange and blue in varying textures, shades, and forms. Slices, wedges, and whole oranges were artfully placed in each of the arrangements. Mike used a few special family items that we had asked him to include, and we just couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I'm just terribly disappointed with my today's order, the delivered bouquet is TOTALLY different from what I'd ordered, both in terms of colors and composition of flowers (in fact, completely different ones were used). The worst thing is that I was put in a humiliating position without even warning me. Among other things, the company did not deign to respond to any of the messages I sent after the order. I'm just shocked by such a service for such a large amount ....

Hello Following  to Floral Arts Flowers  response, I would like to point out that : in the bouquet received  in fact, we are not talking CLOSE about pastel colors, in the sent bouquet there is a large color palette from white to phosphor pink fuchsia the original bouquet on the site is assembled STRICTLY IN ONE shade and color. I assumed that there might not be such a creamy color as on the original, but I suppose that one calm color / tone would be sustained, and not a bright nuclear pink. If white was already used for the base hydrangea, then in my opinion the roses should have been in SAME Ltone - either white or only pale pale pink I, as a sane person, understand that there are no tulips now, BUT why are other flowers used instead of gerberas? in the original bouquet there is not even a trace of a small white gypsophila, which neither I nor my friend  like

It is CLEARLY seen that there is NO connection at all between the original bouquet on the site and the one that was sent

Despite the fact that I am very upset about this situation, and the position in which they put me, if the company finds it possible to send a new bouquet similar to the original, I will be...

Mike at Floral Arts went above and beyond and exceeded all of our expectations! From the very first time we met with him at his shop, to his prompt replies to phone calls/emails, Mike always made us feel as though we were his number one priority! The bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning...in a variety of garden roses, white roses and hydrangeas. Through his creativity, he incorporated lace from my wedding gown and a pearl necklace belonging to the bride's grandmother into the bridal bouquet adding the personal touch we wanted! The bridesmaid's bouquets were of babies breath and blended so well with the ambience and theme at the The Barn at Gibbet Hill. His knowledge and past experience with this venue allowed him to perfectly create every floral arrangement we asked for, including the fresh flowers on the top of the Birch Arbor. Several guests commented on the beautiful flowers asking us which florist we used! Obviously Mike's attention to all our details is what we are most thankful for!
