Wonderful experience. First time visiting the store. We went in knowing sort of the direction we were going in but wanted to get measured and advised. He was spot on with reading results and advising us on the correct selection of shoes. Carter worked with me and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to input and feedback very well. I stopped by after visiting another business next door. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable, a nice variety of merchandise, and they said while there's no kid products, they could fit my soon to be 6th grader in small men's or women's shoes (he may do track in middle school next year). My husband and I have heard good things about their running club as well, and it was great that they're participating in the Chelmsford reading trail...

Highly recommend Marathon Sports in Westford. Customer service was top notch in trying to get me the right shoe and also educating me. I struggle to find the right shoes due to my flat feet, but today all 3 kinds of shoes I tried on would have worked. I didn’t find it expensive - esp when you factor in the customization....
