I used to come to Target often. It was my main store, except Target isn't the same. Nowadays, I barely get anything from here, and if I do, I only do pickup. Once in a while, I do come into the store, but hardly ever. Today was one of those times that I decided to come into grab something, except tgia time it just couldn't wait. It was pretty much an emergency, and it made me hate Target even more. I refuse to use self checkout, so I know waiting online takes extra time. I do it everywhere I go, except the cashier lines here at Target are the worst. Today, was beyond unacceptable as there were only two opened registers, and the lines had to be 20 people long. The cashiers were moving at an extremely low speed. Not only where did they appear to purposely move slowly, but they also had to do their own bagging. I believe it is almost like they do it on purpose to force people to use the self checkout, which was even busier. The least they could have done is have a bag boy. After today, I'll think twice before going into a physical Target Store.

This is a decent Target location with helpful and friendly customer service. While I’ve seen larger or more fully stocked Target stores, this one is clean, organized, and easy to shop in. Some items available at other locations may not always be in stock here, but it still has a solid selection for everyday essentials. It’s a convenient and reliable spot for your weekly home shopping needs.

The pharmacist at the Westlake Village California Target was not wearing a mask as required by the state. I spoke to the manager of the store (who is very nice) and she said that the pharmacy is not run by Target employees. nevertheless they need to adhere to the state of California’s mask policy!

If only this Target is closer to where I live! This particular location has got to be one of the best Targets ever! The interior looks like every other Target as I'm sure each location is probably mandated to have a certain look. However, the availability of merchandise is a different story, a good one none the less.

I had no intentions of going to this Target except after a long drive, I had to use the restroom. After finishing my business, I decided to pick up some eye drops, but not before browsing through the clothing area. Holy moly! About 1/4 of the clothing area was dedicated to just clearance items! There were literally about 10 rows of clearance. I browsed through each row and ended up with a TON of things to try. After process of elimination, I ended up purchasing about 9 articles of clothing including undergarments and such. Each item was marked 70% off sticker price. I was in heaven!

Bottom line is that this location has plenty of stock including clearance items. Of course I didn't forget to buy eye drops. The beauty area seemed to be bigger with more selection compared to other Targets. Service was great, at least with each individual I encountered.

Parking is plentiful, everything is neat and orderly. I might just stop by this Target again if I'm in the area and in need of using the restroom so I'll have an...

This store USED to be my favorite location, I can tell you it is no longer. Do you know if you forget an item in the shopping cart (an item you already paid for) they will not replace it?! I purchased $220 worth of merchandise the day before Thanksgiving. In the cart I forgot a $3.39 case of water - I thought I forgot it at the cashier station. When I got home, 10 miles away, I realized I never put in the car. When I called the store they told me I could come back and just pick up another pack of water. I couldn't return until after Thanksgiving.

When I got to the store (went out of my way), they told me they had to REVIEW THE TAPE!?!?!? As if I was trying to steal a TV set, they wanted to review surveillance over a 6 pack of water!?!?! I would have never returned and taken the loss. How is this logical? The employees are a bunch of robots that do not know how to use proper reason to understand when things are busy, things get forgotten. Please Target, keep your stinkin 6 pack of water because I won't be back. And be sure I will terminate my Red Card account with you. This is how you offer quality...
