Where do I even begin? Ahhh yes now I remember! Itâs the feeling when you first get your hands on that pink box and get your first glance of the cookie. The aroma tickles all six senses and the adventure beings buckle up this is the ride you donât want to miss next up flavor town.đď¸You are met with rosy, sugary perfection, one bite and suddenly the universe is titled on its axis and all your mundane worries evaporate into nothingness, the cookie is impossibly soft almost like biting into a cloud âď¸ spun from pink sugar and sunlightđ with frosting so decadently sweet It feels like pure happiness smeared across your tounge đ . Each bite is a crescendo đś of sugary bliss, a roller coaster that carries you far beyond any ordinary pleasure leaving a trail of euphoric crumbs in its wake. Itâs a cookie that makes your heart race đ your eyes widen đď¸ and your very being question đââď¸ how anything in the world could ever compare. Life itself seems dull and colorless in comparison. If this cookie was a sympathy, it would be Beethovenâs Moonlight Sonata, a mere emotional tsunami that leaves your soul shaking. Before this cookie I was lost and now I am found. I am whole again. The pink sugar cookie from Crumbl is not just dessert it is the closest thing I have had to romance in years đĽşđ. Ever since my hamster Pumpernickel đš ran away this cookie always cheers me back up.    Read moreOur family absolutely adores this cookie shop, and I've never met anyone who hasn't raved about Crumbl cookies. We pass by here almost weekly, and itâs become a tradition for us. But itâs not just the delicious cookies that have won our heartsâit's the incredible kindness and warmth of the people behind them.
We had come in with 6 excited kids in tow and their disappointment was so evident when we saw that they were already closed. We were ready to leave when, to our surprise, some of the owners had noticed their disappointment. Instead of sending us on our way, they asked what flavors we were hoping for. They kindly asked us to wait, and within moments, they had cookies for us. I just couldn't believe they would go through such great lengths for just a few cookies.
This simple yet extraordinary gesture meant the world to us. Itâs not often that you encounter people who go out of their way just to bring a little joy to others, and they beyond giving joy. The cookies never ever fail, but truly, itâs the sincerity and hearts behind them that make us loyal fans for life. Thank you for being so wonderful,...
Read moreToday my daughter and I experienced racism from Christina who appears to be a new employee. My daughter came in to pick up an online order for 1 sâmores cookie and she made her wait 15min/ last and served all the white customers first (people that walked in after my daughter). She then purposely said my daughterâs name wrong (called her CeeCee when her name starts with a G). Then shoved the box towards her without closing the lid after she closed all of the white customers lids and told them have a nice day. The cookie was cold and very hard so I had to ask her to warm it up. She brought it back cold/the same way and said âthatâs as warm as it getsâ. She also gave an Asian customer that came in as I was leaving the same rude treatment. We are regulars and always receive our cookies warm and friendly. Update customer assist was not helpful and the store manager has not responded to my email or contacted me like customer assist promised. Therefore this location does not care and we went to the Calabasas store instead where we received awesome service. Will no longer support...
