Dollar General — Local services in Westlake

Went here to grab a few things I needed . I clipped my digital coupons to use on a Saturday. I put all my items on the checkout area except for 2 packs of soda . I told the girl I had a total of 3 , so I didn't have to unpack the other 2 since they're heavy, and I have quite a few things in my basket. We checked out and told me my total ,which is more than I anticipated. Come to find out, she didn't put my other 2 packs on this transaction, which threw off the coupons coming off. She rang me up again to pay for the 2 packs she didn't scan. It was a huge hot mess. None of my coupons came off, and I paid twice as much as I should have. The two ladies behind me also had issues with their coupons not coming off due to her not checking the items out correctly. The store was semi clean and didn't have big buggies of stuff everywhere, unlike many I've visited. Workers really need to double-check the items before finalizing a transaction. I love the shop here because it's close to my home. And it's convenient and I know where everything is in the store. However, I wish that they could get everything as far as the shelves being stocked under control, because it is a cluster in there.
