Read moreIf you want a good experience read THIS review. Ignore all others. They did not unlock the secret method. I am giving it to you for free. you took the time to read reviews. I am here for you. You have to schedule an appointment DO NOT WALK IN. OK the reviews since it changed over to quest are really bad. They are really bad because the method to have a good experience changed. You HAVE to schedule an appointment. I was scared. I almost was going to go to Cleveland Clinic to get bloodwork but I am glad I did not. So I went online to appointment.questdiagnostics.com scheduled a time slot fo 7:30am on a MONDAY. (probably the worst time to go which also proves this is the method to do. ) I got a text instantly confirming the appointment. I drove there got there at 7:25am and saw the waiting room FULL of people. (See PIc) It was SO full that I had to sit outside at a different chair. But here is where it got REALLY interesting at 7:29am.. The woman came out and called my name. Boom. Check the photo. (That is my watch. MY arm and that blue pad they stab you with needles on) Look at that time!! I Got in EXACTLY at my appointment time of 7:30. She pulled like 12 vials of blood for two doctors worth of tests. She was very nice and very friendly. (nah even better she was a great person and I enjoyed her thoroughly) Her and I were having a great time and I was having all kinds of bloodwork. Anyhow I was done in 10 minutes.. I walked through the waiting room and the SAME 10+ people who were there when I came in were STILL there. I had breezed right through because I schedule the appointment ONLINE. If you do that. You get right in. I knew that from having to do drug tests at jobs. Schedule. DO NOT WALK IN!! You will see a lot of the NEW 1 star reviews arent mentioning they scheduled a visit. (I read them all) but schedule they WILL deal with you before ALL the walking. I was back in my car with two hilarious stickers by 7:40am. So want to have a GOOD experience do what I told you. If you want to have bad. Well just walk in. I dont think the 1 star reviews are accurate but here we are. SCHEDULE DONT WALK IN!!! Both women that were in the office were great. They used to work for UH. They NOW work for quest. (so the ppl are even the same) Be nice to them. I DO think they are very busy and people ARE being nasty to them. I could see it when I left. I hope your lab appointments go as nicely as mine did with my...
University Hospitals’ lab services used to be fantastic—efficient, reliable, and staffed by people who genuinely cared about their work and their patients. But ever since they switched to Quest Diagnostics, the experience has gone downhill fast.
Every visit is a hassle. My orders are frequently missing from their system, the staff is indifferent, and they constantly have computer issues. What used to be a seamless process now feels like a disorganized mess. Test results that used to be available the same day now take five days or more—completely unacceptable.
Quest Diagnostics is just another massive corporation that prioritizes volume over quality, and it shows. If I could give zero stars, I would. UH should seriously consider bringing back in-house testing—it was far superior...
Read moreI have a severe phobia of needles and had to get some annual bloodwork done. Normally, my vision fades seconds after having my blood drawn. This was my first time having bloodwork at a UH lab, I had nurse Sarah, and I can confidently say she was the best nurse I have ever had. She was very kind, professional, and considerate of my phobia. She talked to me the whole time about off-subject things and it kept my mind at ease for the entire appointment. She let me stay seated as I waited for my lightheadedness to fade, and I never once lost my vision. Another nurse gave me a cup of water and 2 DumDum suckers to ease my mind and I walked out after 10 minutes. Huge applause to the entire staff...
