Easily, the best Chinese food (American style) in Cleveland - The Wok (local slang) features familiar classics from Chinese restaurants, but they use sophisticated methods of food preparation and host international chefs of repute. Microwaves are for malls - at The Wok, you will experience egg rolls prepared from scratch (fresh vegetables, handmade wraps, and homemade with special spices and herbs), and both Cantonese and Mandarin cuisine with flavors that rival top dollar cuisine at a reasonable price for anyone's budget. You can eat at their trendy pub or in the earthy, family-style dining room. I guarantee that the food will be a pleasant surprise, and it is well worth it (with or without plum wine) to crack a fortune cookie in the candle-lit ambiance of this perfect little secret.

I could taste the wok hei in the chow ho fun!The food was also not overly salty or greasy so I didn't get salt bloat later in the night. Everything was packed with care and to prevent spills.
What I briefly saw of the restaurant itself looked clean which is extremely important to me. The staff were super friendly as well, and I look forward to the end of the pandemic so I can dine in. Until then, I am absolutely going to order takeout from here any time I'm craving Chinese food on...
