so bummed out, I used to love going to them for jewelry. the guy (brother of Linh) became rude the second time I came back, I thought it was nothing but I came back again a third time and when I tried talking to him he was on his phone rude and ignoring me. I almost paid 137 for 0.5 grams (should have been 35.) because he was paying attention to his phone instead. My mom was confused and tried to ask and he started yelling at her. My sister and I stood up for my mom and I spoke to him about his customer service (he was so mean!!) and explained that he messed up the numbers because he was on his phone. I had a wonderful experience. We stopped by because I wanted to get a real diamond for my ring.Linh was awesome. She was able to order a beautiful lab grown canary diamond for my setting. She set my new diamond and replaced my prongs with yellow gold to show off the yellow diamond. She also added gold around the setting. My ring looks stunning! Absolutely gorgeous. I even ended up buying a gold chain. I found my new jewelry store. I am recommending linh and Jean's Jewler and Company to all my friends. Great customer service from them! They were very friendly and helpful! I came in to buy a matching bracelet and necklace set, so they showed me a few options. I settled on a beautiful beaded jade bracelet and a jade buddha necklace. They allowed me to try on different lengths and I found that 24inches was just perfect. I have had poor experiences with other jewelers in the past, but Jean’s Jewelry were nothing but welcoming! I definitely recommend at least coming in and looking around.
