Just like other said. Every time I went to Santa Ana on Bolsa. I always stop by 9311 to buy Roast Duck. The ducks now isn't good any more. Yeah they cheap on Duck Sauce. I went all the way back to South San Diego by the border. There is No Sauce. The Duck is Junk Shet without sauce. These people are not honest either. the Young girls does not give sauce. The man about 50 years old cashier does not give changes. Though the change not much but you needed to give changes back to the customer. He said Don't worry about it. WHAT THE F_? it's my money, it's not that I did not pay enough. I give them " - 5* " if I could. I would not recommend any one come to their store. Looks like all 3 of their store in Santa Ana got all very bad feed back now. So badddd. Any one out there know any good Roast Duck place I can buy in San Diego or Santa Ana but not Lien Hoa...

I will not buy from this store ever again. I usually buy roast duck from this store 10 years ago. I bought a roast duck today for lunch, and I notice that the duck come without meat sauce. I immediately drove to store telling worker about the duck and asked him to give me sauce. He refused and told me that I was lying to him. He charged me $1 for the sauce. I went home with the sauce and ate the duck and the meat not fresh. I will look for different roast duck store and tell other not to buy from this store because the bad attitude of the workers, not fresh duck, and cheap cheap on sauce...I change my heart after 10 years as a loyalty customer, bye and never see you again...

I came to Lien Hoa BBQ at Bolsa ave in Wesminster many times to buy roast pork and roast duck and they are very delicious. Right now we have to follow guideline social distance: 6 feet and wearing the mask. I came today July 25, 2020 around 11am, had to stand in line for 6 feet apart, and wearing a mask. However, when I got inside I saw that the person taking the orders from the customers did not wear the mask, and the mask of the butcher was below his chin. It's violate the guideline to open any food service. I hope Lien Hoa BBQ considers wearing masks seriously to help stopping spreading...
