Oh gosh, I am so disappointed in my past two visits to the In-N-Out Burger located on Westminster and Springdale in Westminster. 😔 Two months ago, they got my order wrong, and my hamburger was extra salty, not good at all! In all my previous visits, my order has always been on point, fresh food, and no issues. I have always been happy with everything about this In-N-Out, so I just assumed it was just a fluke. Today, we ordered (3) hamburgers and 3 fries, and all the fries were cold. Not even luke warm, totally cold; as if they had been sitting out for a while and not under a heat lamp. We had to put them in the microwave, and we all know how that tastes. 🫤 I may need to switch locations and go to the one that just opened on Edinger. This was the first time there wasn't a line out to the street either, which I thought was unusual, Im not sure if that was a coincidence; but I hope they turn things around at this...

Been a huge fan of in and out for 40 years now. The quality is always the same exactly the same friendly service no matter what in and out location I visit. I love this place and they are a Christian organization and a privately held company. A friend told me once that he watched a documentary on them, and the owner who is the female, stated that they've been offered hundreds of millions of dollars to sell the company. And she replies every time, it's truly a family business and we're going to keep things just the way they've been running for 75 years. So I love places like this we have good quality consistency and a very friendly customer service oriented attitude to all the customers. It's a great place and I highly recommend it to everyone out there. And the prices, well, you simply can't beat the prices for the quality of food that you get. It's head and shoulders above every other hamburger...
