The automated phone service is a joke! After going through the entire greeting they make it impossible to actually speak with a person. It tells you to leave your name, number, etc... and someone will call you back, but at the end of that message the phone call ends so, "no one will be returning your call" - surprise! So, you're inconvenienced because you have to actually get in your car and drive the whole way to the store to talk to an actual person. However, you're left standing at the counter for five to ten minutes before anyone even acknowledges you're there and when the tech finally comes over, she doesn't even greet you. She just aggressively logs into the register (I felt like we were more of a nuisance to her than a customer) then she proceeds to get a bit of attitude when we ask our question. Honestly at that point I had enough of my own attitude and I didn't need any of hers! (I however held my tongue, my temper and kept my attitude in check) Only because I don't presume to know what's going on in her daily life struggles. Turning CUSTOMERS away from the business like she owns it. I’ve been a tech as well and for a prescription transfer I’ve never told a customer to come in personally for that. It’s 2023 everything can be done over the phone via computer. So instead of just taking my information down and doing the transfer process for her pharmacist she stayed on the line with me for 4:58 asking where I worked, how long I worked for cvs, which location and my title. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, she could have gotten my information in that 5 minutes and been done with the call. I’m so unhappy with the service I will be contacting HR about her & the whole pharmacy since she wants to play games. Talking about “ we busy, we have customers in drive thru and in line waiting “ AS IF IM NOT A CUSTOMER AS WELL!!! Also an EMPLOYEE. Read moreI've only been In CVS one time and it was this one, I have to say it was a lot more than I expected. The place is huge and has a lot more stuff to shop for than most places. It also had a pleasant environment because of the staffs willing to help and how curious they were. The best part about the whole visit was the cleanliness of the store. Shelves were organized and everything on the shelve was facing towards you so you are able to read what your buying. I will definitely be going back again.
